Lunch Thyme classes are being offered twice in September. Both classes are taught by Jenna and have extended versions as well, another new feature. That way if the lunch class leaves you wanting more information you can attend the extended version. Jenna is calling the classes Life Elements, one class looks at the Wiccan elements and the other class looks at Eastern religions elements. For a more complete description grab one of our calendars at the shop or call us. Then we have Beginning Astrology taught by Lenore. This is a six week course that will look at the basics; houses, planets, zodiac signs and how they go together in a birth chart. The cost includes a birth chart so get your info asap! Mabon is this month and Meddy from Meddy's Musings is hosting the Open Circle on September 21st at 7pm. Please bring a nonperishable food item for Kuan Yin's Cupboard and if you or someone you know needs food ask we have LOTS. Also, a snack to share is always welcome. Another Chance Pet Rescue
Another Chance Pet Rescue is reaching out to the community with an URGENT plea. Kitten season is in full swing and our foster homes are full to capacity. We can only save as many as we have temporary foster homes for. We are at the point where we are now saying no to these homeless babies, and that is not acceptable! All you need is a spare room, a bathroom, someplace you can keep them separate from your own cats. We provide all vet work before placing them up for adoption. You will not find a more rewarding cause than saving the life of an innocent baby! This is a wonderful opportunity for families, singles, and anyone with a little extra love to give. For those of you who think it would be to o hard to give them up when they are of age, just remember that if you keep them, you cannot continue to save any more lives and there are lots of little lives depending on you! We are a very close knit group. You will make new friends as well as make the difference in the lives of these babies who are going to be euthanized with out you.
